Coarse fishing is available free to guests with carp up to 32lbs in a quiet 1½ acre spring-fed lake. Situated between Totnes, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe, and close to the beautiful south coast beaches and Dartmoor. Both cottages are very well equipped with full central heating, wood burning stove, digital TV/video/DVD, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, fridge/freezer, cot, highchair, stair gate, garden furniture, hammock and BBQ.
