Sausage Making Workshop

Gribbles Butchers makes some of the best sausages around – and this is your chance to learn their secrets! Join an expert butcher for a hands-on lesson in the art of sausage-making and leave equipped with the skills, and handfuls of sausages, to take home with you. We will make a selection of flavoured sausages including plain pork, sweet chilli, pork & leek, Toulouse and Lincolnshire. At the end of the session we will cook up some of our creations for a shared lunch with creamy mashed potato and delicious gravy. Meet: Occombe Farm Cookery School. Time: 10am – 2.30pm.
